By downloading or using EQBase you agree to these terms. They are also EQBase's end-user license agreement (EULA); the "License agreement" link in the app points here. They're short on purpose.

The free tier

EQBase's free features are free forever, for personal and commercial use, with no time limit. We may add features to either tier over time.

Pro licenses

Buying EQBase Pro grants you a license to use the Pro features on the number of Macs your plan includes:

A subscription unlocks Pro while it's active. A lifetime license covers every Pro feature that exists at the time of purchase, permanently, including updates to those features. You can move activations between Macs from the app's Account screen.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record; their terms of sale apply to the transaction itself. Every purchase has a 14-day refund policy.

Fair use

Don't redistribute the app or license keys, resell licenses, or work around the license system. That's it.

No warranty

EQBase is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it stable and transparent, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
